Miami-Dade County, hereinafter referred to as the County, as represented by the Dante B. Fascell Port of Miami-Dade (POM), is soliciting proposals for a qualified firm to provide advertising concession services for the purpose of financing, designing, developing, installing, maintaining, and operating POM’s Advertising Concession Program for interior areas of cruise passenger terminals, parking garages and office buildings. The selected Proposer’s advertising program shall contribute to a passenger friendly environment that helps to reduce the stress of travel, provide national and local advertisers a venue within POM and generate maximum revenue while maintaining POM’s renowned aesthetics.
