Miami-Dade County is soliciting proposals to provide a redevelopment plan of a County owned site at 2320 NW 62nd Street, Miami, FL 33147, to create an attractive and affordable supportive housing development taking into consideration the needs and current market conditions including housing for youth aging out of foster care, and utilizing the $5 million in Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP) federal funds to leverage other public and private funds for site development in the best manner possible for the community. It is anticipated the County will issue an agreement effective project completion, expected to be within four years. Thereafter, County and Owner will sign an agreement for property management services for the resulting development.
