Don't let the opening date on the bid solicitation discouraged you from participating in this process, because we can add pre-qualified vendors and manufacturers as stated in Section 2, Paragraph 2.6. If the manufacture you represent does not appeared in the bid solicitation, you can list additional manufacturers on your bid submittal form.
